Jayant Consultants is based out of C-938 in Sushant Lok Phase 1, Gurgaon. We are near the Sushant Vyapar Kendra, which is where we usually go for a quick bite or to pick up office supplies. We’ve been in this house-turned-office for a while. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes, which we like. We do a lot of consulting work for people looking to build or invest around Gurgaon. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking on regulations. We aren't a big fancy agency. It’s just a couple of us who have been in this industry for years. We know the local area like the back of our hands. People usually drop by without an appointment, and we just have a chat over some tea. We don't have a big polished presentation for every person. We just tell it like it is. Gurgaon can be a confusing place for real estate and construction, so we try to make it a bit clearer. The office gets a bit messy with maps and old records, but we know where everything is. We don't do much advertising. Most of our clients are people we’ve known for years or their relatives. We just keep doing what we do. It’s a steady pace and it works for us.
