You can find us at Plot No-407 in Udyog Vihar Phase-III. Gurgaon is a busy place, and Phase-III is right in the middle of all the industrial action. Jay Switches India has been here for a while, and the plot is usually buzzing with activity. We make switches, so there’s always the sound of machinery and people moving around the floor. It’s not a quiet office job. We spend a lot of time on the shop floor checking the assembly lines and making sure the parts are coming out right. The office part is just a few rooms off to the side where we handle the orders and the billing. It’s often a bit noisy because of the fans and the production happening nearby, but we like it that way. It feels like things are actually getting done. We don't have a fancy entrance or a receptionist waiting to greet people. Usually, you just walk in and find someone who’s busy with a task. The area around Udyog Vihar is always full of trucks and workers, so the energy is high. We focus on the practical side of manufacturing. If a machine breaks down, we fix it. If an order is late, we work extra to get it out. It’s just how things go here. We aren't big on meetings; we’d rather be out there making sure the switches are being built properly.
