Janne Properties

Janne Properties is located in Palam Vihar, right across from Celebrity Homes and near the Shri Ram Mandir. It’s a landmark spot, so people usually have no trouble finding us. Having the temple nearby is nice because it brings a sense of calm to the area, even when the roads are busy. Our office is just a straightforward place where we get our work done. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of maps of the local area pinned to the walls. We spend our time talking to people who come in and keeping our property listings updated. It’s not a high-tech operation. We still rely on our notebooks and personal connections more than anything else. Palam Vihar has grown a lot, and we’ve seen new buildings go up all around us while we stay here in our same spot. The office gets a lot of light in the morning, which makes it a pleasant place to sit and drink our tea while we plan out the day. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or polished. We are just local people who know the area well and work out of this small office. It’s a practical way to live, and we appreciate the people who stop by to say hello. It keeps us connected to the town and the people we see every afternoon.
