Our main spot is located at A-487/A Palam Vihar in Gurgaon. It’s tucked away in a corner where it stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads that are always full of cars. We have been working under the name Jai Jai Ram Singh Construction Company for a good while now. Haryana has grown so fast, especially around the 122017 area, and we have seen all the new buildings go up year after year from our window. Our office usually has a layer of dust on the windows because of all the construction happening nearby. It just goes with the territory in this part of town and we don't really mind it. We have a few desks and a lot of blueprints rolled up in the corner that we need to sort through. Lunch is usually brought from home in steel boxes and we eat together in the back room while discussing the day’s schedule and what needs to be done. The traffic in Gurgaon can be a real headache, so we try to get started very early before the roads get blocked up. Most of our guys have been with us for years and we know each other's families quite well. It's not a corporate setup where no one knows your name. We just focus on getting the tasks done and making sure nothing gets missed at the sites. The weather gets really hot in June, so the old desert cooler runs all day long.
