Jabong

Jabong operates out of No. 103 in Udhog Bihar Phase 1, which is right near the Kapasheda Border. It’s a very busy area with a lot of movement. Being near the border means there’s always a lot of traffic, but it’s a good spot for logistics and shipping. We have a lot of stuff coming in and going out every day. The warehouse is a bit of a maze with all the shelves and boxes stacked up to the ceiling. We spend most of our time tracking packages and making sure things get to where they need to go. It can be quite stressful during the holiday seasons or when there’s a big sale happening. We don’t have much time for sitting around or having long meetings. Our team is a mix of young and old, all trying to keep up with the fast pace. The office part is pretty basic, just computers and desks. We aren't into big, flashy presentations. We just focus on the daily orders. Sometimes the internet goes down or the trucks get stuck in a long jam at the border, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. It’s a fast-paced environment and it definitely keeps us on our toes. We’ve been in this Phase 1 building for a while now and it’s become like a second home. We just keep working through the lists.
