We operate Ivrcl Ltd out of our location in Haryana. It isn't a massive corporate hub; it’s more of a local office where we manage our regional projects. The work we do involves a lot of coordination across the state, so we spend a lot of time on our phones and traveling between different sites. Haryana has a lot of ground to cover, and we try to stay on top of everything from this central point. The office itself is pretty plain. We have the usual things like desks, computers, and a stack of blueprints that never seems to get smaller. We aren't interested in making things look polished or corporate. Our focus is just on the practical side of getting the jobs done and making sure the teams have what they need. Some days the office is packed with people coming in for meetings, and other days it’s just one person keeping the lights on while everyone else is out in the field. It’s a bit unpredictable, but that’s the nature of the infrastructure business. We’ve been around for a while and have seen how much the area has developed. It’s hard work, and the weather here can be tough, either too hot or too cold, but we keep at it. We’re just a group of regular people trying to keep things moving forward in our corner of the country.
