We’re located in Ardee City, Gurgaon. It's block B-102. If you know Sector-52, you know it's a mix of homes and small offices like ours. We’ve been here for a bit now, working out of this space. It’s not a huge setup, but it fits us. Gurgaon can be quite a whirlwind, but Ardee City feels a little more tucked away. We spend most of our time here dealing with the paperwork and coordination for the JV. It's a lot of back and forth, as you can imagine. The office is pretty functional. We have desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of folders. We don't try to impress anyone with the decor. It's about the work, not the wallpaper. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there's always someone on the phone or typing away. We take our tea breaks together when we can. It’s a small group of us, so we know each other's habits pretty well. Being in Haryana means we deal with the local heat, but the AC keeps us going. It's a straightforward place for straightforward work. We don't have a front desk or a receptionist. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door gets it. That’s just how we do things here. The parking can be a bit of a nightmare if you arrive late in the morning, so we all try to get in early. There’s a small shop around the corner that sells decent biscuits for the afternoon break.
