Our base is in Village Bagholi, which is under the Sarai post office in the Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan. We are Itd Itd Cem Jv. Working in Rajasthan means dealing with a lot of dust and heat, but we are used to the environment by now. The village of Bagholi is where we have our main operations set up. It is a local operation through and through. We have our staff here who handle the day-to-day requirements of the joint venture. It is a bit far from the big cities, but that suits the work we do. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a functional space where the work happens. The people in Jhunjhunu are hardworking, and we try to match that energy. Itd Itd Cem Jv is just the name on the door. Inside, it's just us making sure everything stays on track. We have been in Bagholi for a while, and the locals know where to find us.
