Our place is over in Dwarka, specifically at the Bank Apartment complex in Sector 4. It’s a regular flat, number 87. We’ve been set up here for some time, handling the joint venture stuff. Dwarka is a big area, so being in Sector 4 helps keep us somewhat central to where we need to be. It’s a residential vibe, which we actually prefer over a cold office building. You get to know the security guards and the neighbors. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. Usually, it's just the sound of keyboards and people talking over coffee. It gets a bit hectic when we have deadlines, and the dining table often turns into a makeshift meeting space. That's just the reality of how we operate. We keep things pretty simple. No fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets everywhere. Just the basics to get the job done. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. It’s fine. We like that it feels more like a home than a workplace. It makes the long hours a bit more bearable for everyone. We don't really have a big public face. We just focus on the projects we have going on. Plot 22 is easy enough to find once you’re in the sector. There is a small park nearby where some of us go for a walk during lunch to clear our heads. The balcony has a few dying plants we keep forgetting to water, but it is okay.
