It Staffing

Our office for It Staffing is located at U 40/14 in DLF Phase 3, Gurgaon. If you know Gurgaon, you know Phase 3 is always packed with people and cars. It's a 122001 zip code. We are right in the middle of all that energy. The office is basically just a room where we handle phone calls and emails all day long. We are trying to help people find work and help companies find staff, so the phones never really stop ringing. It gets a bit loud in here sometimes. We don't have any polished speeches about how we are the best. We just try to match names to jobs and hope for the best. It’s a lot of scrolling through resumes and talking to people who are usually a bit stressed out. Gurgaon is a fast-paced place, and we definitely feel that here. There isn't much time for lounging around. We just get through the pile of folders and keep moving to the next thing. The building isn't anything special, just another block in the DLF area. We usually grab lunch from one of the stalls nearby because it's quick and easy. We aren't a big corporate machine; we are just a few people trying to make things happen. It’s busy, it’s noisy, and it’s a bit messy, but that’s just how this business is. We just keep at it.
