It Recruiter Executive

We have been operating out of Jagrati Vihar in Meerut for a while now. It is a busy part of Shastri Nagar and we spend most of our time looking for people who need jobs in the tech world. It’s not fancy here. Mostly we just stay on the phones and check resumes all day long to see who fits where. Some days are slow and others we can’t even find time for lunch. Being in Meerut means we see a lot of local talent trying to get into bigger cities, but we also handle stuff further away. The office is just a regular space where we get things done. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It is just a few desks and people working hard to match candidates with companies that need help. Sometimes it gets loud when everyone is talking at once. We know the local area well since most of us grew up around here or have lived in Shastri Nagar for years. It's just a normal job for us, trying to help folks find a decent paycheck in IT. We don't use fancy software for everything, sometimes a pen and paper or a simple spreadsheet works just as well. If you walk by, you might see us through the window just typing away. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit, but we’re still right here in the same spot.
