Ishida India Pvt Ltd. is on the ground floor over at 382 in Udyog Vihar. Phase-2 is always busy, especially during shift changes when the streets get packed. We’ve been in this building for some time now. It’s a practical space. We have some desks, some equipment on display, and a small area for meetings that usually just ends up being used for lunch. It’s not a flashy place, but it serves its purpose. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the machines we have here. The ground floor location is handy because we don’t have to deal with the elevators, which are always slow anyway. We have a small team, and we all know our roles. It’s mostly about keeping the operations running smoothly. We get a lot of dust from the construction nearby, so we’re always wiping down the desks. It’s just one of those things you deal with in an industrial hub like Udyog Vihar. We don't have any fancy perks. We just come in, do the technical work, and go home. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble. It’s honest work, and we’ve made some good friends among the neighboring businesses. There’s a tea stall just around the corner that we visit way too often. That’s about all there is to us.
