International Land Developers Ltd

International Land Developers Ltd is based out of Ballabhgarh, in a spot called Jain Colony at 78A. It’s a bit of a drive from the main part of Faridabad, but we like it here. The colony is mostly quiet, except for when the local market gets busy. We spend most of our time looking at maps and property documents. There are stacks of folders everywhere because land work involves a lot of reading and checking details. People walk in from the street to ask about local plots or to see if we have any updates on projects. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. Just some chairs and a table where we can spread out the blueprints. The ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We handle the local filings and talk to the surveyors who come through. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of waiting for government offices to get back to us. My desk is right near the front door so I can see who’s coming in. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when the afternoon hunger hits. Dealing with land isn't always easy, as there are always small issues to sort out with boundaries or paperwork. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep everything organized in our own way. It's a local operation, and we're fine with that.
