Intec

Intec has been operating out of Gurgaon for a while now, and if you know this city, you know what the daily grind is like here. Our office is pretty much like any other workspace in this hub. We deal with various technical tasks and projects that keep us busy from morning until late evening. The air conditioning is always running because the Gurgaon heat is no joke, and we mostly just stare at our monitors and deal with spreadsheets or technical drawings. The area around us is always under construction, so there is usually the sound of some machinery or horns honking in the distance. It is not a very quiet place, but you get used to the noise after a few weeks. We have a small team here and everyone knows their job. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with big meetings and motivational speeches. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and head home through the traffic. The office is just a place with desks, some old chairs, and a lot of cables running across the floor. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living in this city. It is a straightforward environment where we focus on the tasks at hand. Nothing more, nothing less. Just a bunch of people working in a typical Gurgaon office block.
