Innovative Dies & Tools

We’re located at Plot No. 280 in Gali No. 7, within the Kadipur Industrial Area. It’s a typical industrial spot with lots of trucks moving in and out all day long. Innovative Dies & Tools is where we spend our long hours working with heavy machinery and making parts. The shop floor is usually a bit oily, which is just how it is when you’re working with dies and tools. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine for guests. If you visit, you’ll likely just find us huddled over a machine or checking measurements on a workbench. The walls are mostly bare, except for some old calendars and a few tool racks. It gets pretty loud when everything is running at once, so we don't do much talking until break time. We bring our lunch from home and eat together in the small space we cleared out in the back near the water cooler. The work is precise, so we have to be careful, even when we are tired at the end of a long shift. It’s not the kind of job you can rush. We’ve been here for a while and we know all the other shop owners in the lane. We help each other out with tools or advice when something goes wrong with a machine. It’s a tough environment but we’ve made a home out of it here in Kadipur over the years.
