We’ve been tucked away in Gali Number 3 for quite a while now. If you’re coming from Sector-37, you just look for the Pearl Honda and we’re right near there in Anjana Colony. Khandsa Dhani is a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to it, but we like it here. It’s a working-class neighborhood and that suits us just fine. We mostly deal with cooling fixes and keeping industrial units running. Our workspace isn't anything to brag about. It’s got a lot of spare parts and the floor is usually a bit greasy from the machines. We started out with just two of us and a basic toolkit. Now we have a few more hands, but the vibe is the same. We don’t do big speeches or fancy brochures. Usually, a customer calls because their plant is getting too hot, and we head over to see what’s wrong. It’s practical work and it’s what we know. Sometimes the monsoon makes the lane a bit messy, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. We’ve made a lot of friends among the other local business owners. We help them out, they help us. It’s a simple way to run a business. We don’t really worry about being the biggest, just about doing enough to keep the lights on and the people who come to us happy enough. It’s not fancy, but it works. We’ve stayed here because the location is convenient for the industrial belt, and it feels like where we belong.
