Ingersoll Rand (I0 Ltd.

I work here at Ingersoll Rand (I0 Ltd. Our office is located on the 11th floor of Tower A, which is in Building Number 5 within DLF Cyber City. This is part of DLF Phase-III. Cyber City is a massive place, and it can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it. Every building looks similar, and there are thousands of people moving around every day. Our floor is quite high up, so the view of the surrounding area is actually pretty good, especially when the weather is clear. I've been with the team here for a while. Even though it's a big building, our specific office feels like a normal workplace. We have our desks, the coffee machine that breaks down occasionally, and the usual meetings that fill up the calendar. It's a lot of sitting and typing, to be honest. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We just handle the tasks that come our way. The commute to Phase-III can be a nightmare during rush hour, so most of us try to get in early or stay a bit late to avoid the worst of the traffic. It's a professional environment but we keep it pretty grounded. We just focus on the projects and getting through the week. It's just a regular office life in a very big city. We often grab lunch at the food court downstairs because it is easier than bringing a dabba.
