Indsource International

We run Indsource International out of Q-1/13 in DLF City. Being in Phase II makes things feel a bit more modern than other parts of town. The roads are paved and there are trees along the sidewalk. Our office is in a residential-looking building. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We have a small kitchen where we make tea. The windows look out onto the street. We watch the cars go by when we need a break. There are four of us in the main room. We have desks that don't match. One was bought second-hand and the drawer sticks. We keep our samples in cardboard boxes along the wall. It’s not very stylish but we know where everything is. The air conditioner hums all day during the summer. We spend a lot of time on the computer sending emails. Sometimes the internet is slow and we all just wait around. We don't have a big sign outside. You have to look for the house number. It’s a quiet neighborhood mostly. We try not to make too much noise. At the end of the day, we lock up and head out into the traffic. It’s a steady routine. We don't have big meetings or corporate lunches. We just sit at our mismatched desks and get through the pile of work.
