At Indian Oiltanking Ltd, we are located at 13/18 in Friends Colony. This is over in Gurgaon. It’s a well-known area, but our specific spot is just a normal building. We don't have a giant neon sign or anything like that. It’s just where we come every morning to handle the work. Gurgaon can be a very fast-paced place, but inside our office, we try to keep things a bit more grounded. We don't really go for the high-pressure corporate vibe. We just have our tasks and we work through them at a steady pace. The office has the usual stuff like desks, some old filing cabinets, and a few plants that someone remembers to water once in a while. We don't have a fancy mission statement or any of those marketing phrases people like to use. We just exist here at Friends Colony and do what we are supposed to do. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but once you’re inside, it’s just a regular workplace. We know the local tea stall and the people who deliver the mail. It’s a simple life for us here. We don't think much about being the best or anything like that. We just want to finish the day knowing we did what was required. It’s a practical approach to work and it seems to work out okay for us. We just keep it simple and honest every day. There isn't really a lot to add.
