We are located over in Aya Nagar, Phase-4, specifically at D-330. It’s right on the edge of New Delhi, almost near the border, so things are always moving around here. Our office isn’t much to look at because we spend most of our time on-site anyway. Construction is a messy business, and we’re fine with that. You’ll usually see a few trucks or bikes parked outside and people coming in with boots that have seen better days. Inside, there are blueprints rolled up in every corner and a lot of talk about materials and timelines. Inderjit started this thing years ago, and we just keep it going. It’s a family-style environment where everyone knows what needs to get done. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Word of mouth in the neighborhood and how the buildings actually turn out usually do the talking for us. Aya Nagar can get a bit crowded, and the roads are tight, but it’s a good base for reaching different parts of the city. We handle residential and some commercial projects, nothing too crazy, just solid building work. If you come by, you might have to wait a minute while we finish a phone call with a contractor. It’s just how it goes in this industry. We’re just local builders doing our bit. Most days are long but we like the results. The sun goes down, and we finally head home.
