We operate out of Flat No. 603 in the Jasminium Apartments, which is on Plot No 4 in Sector 45 of Gurgaon. Being part of Unibild Engg Construction Co Pvt Ltd, we deal with a lot of building and planning work. Gurgaon is a place that never seems to stop growing, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office is basically a flat, so it feels more like a home than a cold corporate space. We have blueprints scattered all over the place and the phone rings pretty often. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is out, but usually, it's fine. Sector 45 is a decent area to be based in. We have a small team here, and we mostly focus on the engineering side of things. We don't have a big fancy reception area with a fountain. We just have a couple of desks and a lot of coffee to keep us going. It’s a practical way to run things without all the extra overhead. We’ve seen the skyline here change so much over the last few years. It’s a bit dusty with all the construction nearby, but that’s just life in Haryana. We try to keep our work honest and straightforward. We don't like overcomplicating things. If someone needs to talk about a project, they just come over and we sit in the main room. It's simple and it works for us every single day.
