Our facility is located at Plot No. 3 in Sector 3. It is a large building, and there are many people working here on different shifts throughout the day and night. We are part of the automotive industry, so we spend a lot of time on the assembly lines making parts that go into cars. It is a very structured environment where everyone has a specific spot they need to be in. The floors are marked with yellow lines so we know where to walk and where the forklifts go. It is not the kind of place where you sit around and chat much because the machines are always moving and there is a lot of noise. We wear our uniforms and follow the schedules strictly to make sure everything gets finished on time. The area around Sector 3 is mostly other factories, so the whole place feels very industrial. We have a canteen where most of us eat lunch, and it gets pretty crowded at noon. The work can be repetitive, but it is steady and keeps us busy. We don't really do much in the way of fancy meetings or long speeches. We just get our instructions and go to our stations to start the machines. It is a lot of metal, plastic, and electronics being put together day after day. The parking lot is always full of bikes and cars from all the workers coming in for their shift changes.
