Out here in Sector 8 of IMT Manesar, we’ve got our place at Plot No. 41. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always a lot of activity with trucks and workers going back and forth. Our building is a solid, practical space where we work on our technology projects. It’s not exactly a quiet office in the city center, but we like it that way. We spend a lot of time testing things and making sure the equipment is working like it should. The floors are concrete and the ceilings are high. We have a small area where we sit and eat lunch together, usually talking about anything but work. It’s a good group of people here. Some of us have been making the commute to Manesar for years. It can be a long drive if the traffic is bad, but once we’re inside the gates, it’s all about the tasks at hand. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few diagrams. It’s a place for work, after all. Sometimes the heat in the summer gets a bit much, but we have some fans that keep the air moving. We just focus on getting the devices built and sent out to the people who need them. It’s a straightforward way of doing things, and it’s worked for us since we started at this plot. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
