Impression

If you find yourself in Chakkarpur, you might stumble upon us on the first floor of 418 Saraswativihar. Impression is a small operation. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything. Mostly, we just focus on the work right in front of us. Gurgaon is a fast place, but inside these walls, it’s mostly just the sound of people working away. We deal with various bits and pieces, mostly things people need printed or designed for their own small projects. It’s not a glamorous setup. We have a couple of desks, some printers that we sometimes have to kick to make them work, and plenty of paper. The 122002 zip code area has grown so much since we started. There are more buildings now and more traffic than ever before. Sometimes it takes forever just to get down the road for lunch. We keep things pretty simple. There isn’t a marketing department here. If someone calls, one of us just picks up the phone. We don’t use scripts. We just tell people what we can do and when it’ll be ready. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, other days everyone is rushing to meet a deadline. It’s a bit of a mixed bag. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and the neighbors know us. It’s just a regular local business doing its thing in a busy city. We try to be helpful and stay out of trouble.
