We are over at House No.-215 B in Miya Vali Colony. It’s a busy part of Gurgaon and we’ve been here at Ikya Human Capital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for a while now. Dealing with people and jobs isn't always easy but it’s what we do every day. The office is tucked away in the colony and mostly we spend our time on the phones or looking through resumes. It gets pretty hectic around here, especially when companies need people fast. We try to keep things moving. Sometimes the internet is slow or the tea runs out, but we get the work done. People come in looking for advice on their careers and we try to point them in the right direction. It’s just us here, making sure the paperwork gets filed and the right candidates get a call back. Gurgaon has changed a lot since we started and there are always new businesses popping up nearby. We see a lot of different faces coming through the door. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that, just a regular house turned into an office space where we handle the human capital side of things. We focus on the practical bits, like matching a person’s skills to what a boss actually needs. It’s simple work but it takes time to get it right. Most days we are just busy with the small details that make a big difference for someone looking for a new start.
