Our office is on the 4th floor of the Meghdoot Apartments, which is building number 99 in Sector-10A of Gurgaon. It’s an older building, not like the new ones they’re putting up everywhere else. We’ve been here for a while now. We deal with human capital, which is just a fancy way of saying we help with staffing and jobs. The office is usually quite full of people. We have desks squeezed in close together. It gets a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just come up the stairs or take the lift and you’re right in the middle of it. We spend our days looking through applications and calling people back. It can be tiring, but it’s what we do. Gurgaon is a fast-moving place, so we try to keep up with all the changes. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles in the summer, so we have a few extra fans around. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We’re just a team of people in a regular office building trying to get through the daily workload. We know the local tea seller downstairs pretty well. Most of us take our breaks there. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs. We have a whiteboard where we track our progress, though someone always accidentally rubs it off.
