Igate(Ims) Global Solutions

We are located at S-2/135 in Tilak Nagar. It’s a standard neighborhood setup, and we’ve been in this building for quite a while now. At Igate(Ims) Global Solutions, we deal with technical support and infrastructure management. We spend our days staring at screens and making sure systems don't crash. Tilak Nagar is a lively place to be, so there’s always somewhere to grab a quick bite during lunch. Our office is pretty simple—desks, a lot of cables, and some old chairs that have seen better days. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits every day. We just come in, do our shifts, and try to keep things running smoothly for the clients. It can get a bit loud in the office when everyone is on a call at once, but we’re used to it. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People usually find out about us through word of mouth or because they’ve worked with someone here before. It’s just a bunch of regular people who know a thing or two about computers and managed services. We like to keep it low-key and just focus on the tasks at hand. Every day has its own set of glitches to fix, and we just take them as they come. It is not glamorous but it keeps the bills paid and the servers running for everyone involved.
