Our office is over at Spazedge, specifically in Tower-B, units 229 and 230. It's located in Sector-47 right on Sohna Road. If you know the area, you know it’s gotten pretty crowded lately. Ideal Industries India Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of here for some time now. It’s a decent building, though the elevators can be a bit slow during the lunch rush. We have a bunch of people working here, mostly just doing their own thing at their stations. It’s not the kind of place where people are constantly hovering over your shoulder. We try to keep a relaxed vibe, as much as you can in a busy office park. There’s always coffee brewing in the small kitchen area, which is where most of the actual talking happens. We don’t go in for big speeches or fancy slogans. We just have a list of things that need to be done and we try to get through them by the end of the day. The view from the windows looks out over more buildings and the traffic on Sohna Road, which is pretty much constant. It’s a practical space. We chose it because it’s easy for most of the staff to get to. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold, but we manage. It’s just a group of us trying to run things properly without making a big fuss about it. We just focus on the work.
