You can find Icresset Recruitment Solutions over at Princeton Estate. It’s in DLF Phase 5, which is quite a modern part of Gurgaon. Liya Sunny Paul runs things here from 3A-42. It’s a nice building and we’ve been here for a while now. We deal with recruitment, so our days are filled with resumes and interviews. It can get pretty busy, especially when everyone seems to be looking for a new job at the same time. We try to keep a friendly atmosphere. It’s not one of those cold, glass-and-steel offices. Since we’re in an estate, it feels more like a community. We know our neighbors and the security guys at the gate. We spend a lot of time talking to candidates and trying to understand what they really want. It’s not just about the skills on paper. We’ve seen the job market in Gurgaon change so fast. It feels like every day there's a new building going up or a new company moving in. We just stay focused on our little corner here in Phase 5. We don't use fancy software for everything; we still like taking notes and having real conversations. It’s a lot of hard work, but it’s rewarding when someone gets a job they actually like. We’re just regular people trying to help other people find their way in the working world. The view from the window is mostly other buildings, but we like it and it feels like home.
