Our place, Icon Power Solutions (P) Ltd., is located at Plot No. 830 in Udyog Vihar, Phase V. This area is always bustling with activity, and there’s a lot of movement every day. We deal with power equipment, mainly helping businesses and homes stay running. The warehouse is usually full of crates and boxes, making it a bit of a maze sometimes. We don't really have a big fancy reception area. Instead, you'll probably find us in the back checking on a generator or looking over some technical specs. It's a lot of hands-on work. The team is pretty close-knit, and we’ve been working together in this building for several years. We try to keep things simple and avoid overcomplicating the jobs we take on. If a machine is broken, we fix it. If someone needs a new setup, we put it together. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of the day is spent on our feet. The traffic in Phase V can be a bit much in the evenings, so we usually try to get our deliveries out early in the morning. It’s a no-nonsense kind of environment where the main goal is just to get the work done right the first time. We aren’t interested in making big promises; we just show up and do what’s required of us to keep the place moving along.
