Ibm operates out of Balaji in Gurgaon. It’s a busy area, as anyone who lives around here knows. We’ve been based in this spot for a while now. Gurgaon is always changing, with new buildings going up every week, but we just stay here and do our thing. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a couple of rooms where we keep our stuff and handle the daily tasks. It gets a bit loud outside with the construction and the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team telling people what we do. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they are in the neighborhood. We just focus on the work that’s right in front of us. Some days are longer than others, especially when we have a lot of things to catch up on. We don't wear suits or have big meetings in boardrooms. It’s more likely you’ll find us in jeans, drinking chai and looking at spreadsheets or documents. We like the independence of being a small setup. It means we don't have to deal with a lot of red tape. We just get the job done and go home. Balaji is a decent place to be, and it keeps us close to everything we need. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for us here. We keep our heads down and keep moving through the work.
