You can find us over at Sector 15 in Gurgaon, specifically at the Shrimali building. We are on the first floor at 902, which is not hard to find once you get into Part II of the sector. The area is a mix of houses and small offices, so it feels a bit more relaxed than the big Cyber City hubs where everything is glass and steel. Here at Ibm Daksh Business Process Services, we handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps things running for others. Our desks are usually covered in notes and coffee mugs by the afternoon. It gets pretty busy during the middle of the day, but we try to keep a steady pace. The building itself is an older one, so it has that lived-in feel which we actually like. We have been here long enough that the local guards know us by name and wave when we arrive. There is a lot of typing and phone chatter throughout the day. We do not have any big mission statements on the walls or anything like that. We just come in, log on to our systems, and get through the tasks that are assigned to us. Sometimes the weather in Haryana gets really dusty, so we spend a lot of time cleaning our screens. It is a decent place to work, and we are close enough to the market if we need lunch.
