Hydro Gym And Boxing Club

We are set up in Ss Plaza, room 101, right in Sector 47 of Gurgaon. We are quite near the Hilton Garden Inn, so that helps people find us if they aren't from around here. Hydro Gym And Boxing Club is exactly what it sounds like. We have the boxing bags and the usual gym gear. It can get pretty noisy when people are hitting the bags, but that’s the whole point. The floors are a bit scuffed from all the shoes, but we think it gives the place some character. We’re not a corporate franchise with polished floors and perfect lighting. It’s more of a gritty, real place. We spend a lot of time taping up bags or fixing the pulley machines. The air usually smells a bit like sweat and cleaning spray, which is what you’d expect. Sector 47 is a decent area with plenty of parking nearby. We get a lot of younger guys and some older folks too who just want to stay fit. Usually, it's just a few of us running the show. We don't have a big front desk team. If you walk in, you’ll probably see one of us either coaching or cleaning something. It’s a straightforward gym for people who actually want to train. We like being in Ss Plaza; it’s a good building for us and the local crowd seems to like it too.
