We are located at House No 1565/3, Rai Ka Chowk, right on Patel Road in Ambala City. Even though the main name says Gurgaon, this is where we handle the local side of the telecommunications work. The office isn't very big, but it’s right in the heart of the city where everything is happening. We deal with the technical side of things, like making sure the signals are working and the equipment is sorted out. It’s a lot of hardware and cables mostly. The team here is small, and we’ve all been working together for a few years now. We know the local streets and the spots where the connection usually drops. It’s a hands-on job. We spend half the time in the office and the other half out on the road checking on things. Rai Ka Chowk is a busy area, so there is always noise outside, but we don’t mind it much. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. If a tower needs a part or a customer has a technical glitch, we go and fix it. We don't use a lot of fancy words for what we do. It’s just about keeping the lines open and the power on. We keep our tools organized and our schedules tight so we don't fall behind. It’s a living, and we take it one day at a time without much fuss.
