We are located in DLF Phase 4, over at house number 2910 here in Gurgaon. It’s a busy area, but our street is a little bit quieter than the main roads. We do HR work, which mostly involves sitting at our computers and talking to people on the phone about job openings. The office is pretty small, just a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything like that. People usually find us because we’ve reached out to them or they heard about us from a friend. We try to keep things relaxed. You won’t find us wearing suits or acting like we are in a big corporate tower. We just want to get the job done and help folks find a place to work. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the files, and other days the phone won’t stop ringing with people asking about placements. We’ve been in Haryana for a while and we know how the local job market goes. It’s not always easy to match someone with the right role, but we give it a go. We don't promise anything we can't do. We just look at what's available and try to help out. That is how we spend our time here in Phase 4. It’s a steady way to earn a living while helping others do the same.
