This part of the company is based down in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. It is a bit different from the main hub in Gurgaon, but we carry the same name. We deal with the local requirements here and manage our tasks from this office. It’s quite warm most of the year, as you’d expect in Chennai. The team here is small but we know what we’re doing. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to clients on the phone. There isn't a lot of flash or show here. We just come in, do the work, and go home. Our office is a place where we try to stay focused. Sometimes we have to coordinate with the guys up north, which takes a bit of time because of the distance. But we make it work. It is a simple setup with a few chairs and some tea in the afternoon. We don’t really spend money on decorations or big signs. People who need to find us usually know where we are. It’s practical. We handle the consulting side for this region and keep things moving. It isn't always exciting, but it’s what we do. We’ve been at this for some time now and the routine is pretty settled. No big changes, just the daily grind of keeping the consulting projects on track. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the documents we have to finish by the end of the day.
