We’re over at H No. 167A in Block-B of Sushant Lok-1. It’s a nice enough part of Gurgaon, and we’re located c/o K Chawla. The office is basically in a residential-style house, which makes it feel a bit more comfortable than a cold office tower. Sushant Lok-1 has changed so much over the years, with all the new construction and people moving in, but our block stays relatively peaceful. You’ll find Holtec Consulting Pvt Ltd right there among the other houses and trees. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but that keeps the noise down. We have a small gate and a little bit of space out front. Inside, it’s just rooms turned into workspaces. We don’t have fancy elevators or a reception desk with a uniform. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the door if someone knocks. It’s a very Haryana kind of setup, practical and honest. We know the neighbors, and we know which stray dogs hang out on which corner. It feels like a community here. Being in Block-B means we’re tucked away from the heaviest traffic of Gurgaon, but still close enough to get to things when we need to. We’ve been at 167A for a good while, and it’s just where we feel at home doing our work every day. It’s simple and it gets the job done.
