Hindustan Sanitary Ware & Industries Ltd. (Hindware) is located at 2, Anand Garden, Gurgaon, Pin-122001. Gurgaon is a very fast city but Anand Garden is a bit more settled. We have been here at number 2 for quite some time. The office is always buzzing. Since we are Hindware, people know what we do. We have people coming in all day asking about toilets and basins. The showroom part is always getting rearranged. We try to keep the floors clean but people bring in a lot of dust from the street. It’s just the way Gurgaon is. We have a small team here. We all know our roles. One person handles the phones and another does the billing. We eat our lunch together in the back room. The furniture is nothing special, just functional. We have some plants by the window but they need more water than they get. The address is easy for the trucks to find. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and plumbers who need supplies for the new buildings nearby. There is always construction going on in this part of town. We are right in the middle of it. It’s a lot of work but we just take it one day at a time without any fuss. No one here wears a suit, we just wear what is comfortable for moving boxes.
