Himgiri Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Sector-4 in the Urban Estate area of Gurgaon. We’ve been working out of this spot for a good while now. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of construction always going on. We mostly handle building projects and different kinds of development work. Gurgaon is always growing, so there is never a shortage of things to do around here. Our office at 1287 is where we do all our planning and paperwork. It’s not a fancy corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s more of a place where we sit down with maps and blueprints and figure things out. Sometimes the dust from the street gets in, but that’s just part of life in Gurgaon. We have a small crew and we know most of the people around the estate. Building things is hard work and sometimes things go wrong, like the weather or supplies being late. We just try to fix things and move on to the next task. We aren't trying to be the biggest builders in the country. We just focus on what's right in front of us. Most of our days are spent talking to workers or checking on the sites. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning to night. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build houses and offices. It is a decent living.
