Highways Logistics is based out of H.No-17/1 in Gali No. 1, right here in Gurgaon. We’ve got our small office set up in a spot that’s easy for the drivers to find. Logistics is a lot about timing and being in the right place, so we stay pretty busy with the phones. The office itself is quite plain. We have a few desks, some old chairs, and a calendar that’s always marked up with delivery dates. It’s not a fancy corporate building with a glass front. We are more of a boots-on-the-ground kind of operation. Gali No. 1 can be a bit narrow, so when a big truck tries to come by, everything stops for a minute. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just show up, check the logs, and make sure the cargo is moving through Haryana and beyond. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up and we stay late to finish it, usually with some tea from the stall around the corner. It’s a straightforward life. We focus on the routes and the trucks. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation with a driver or checking a manifest. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it this way for a while now. We don't mind the noise or the dust from the road.
