Hero Motors Company

Hero Motors Company is up on the 10th floor of Two Horizon Centre, specifically 2A-1001. We are in Sector 43, DLF Phase V. It’s a very modern area, which is a bit different from the older parts of town. The building is all glass and the elevators are really fast, but at the end of the day, it’s just where we work. From the 10th floor, you can see quite a bit of the city, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the computer. It can feel a bit sterile sometimes with all the shiny floors and the security guards at the front. But inside our actual office, it’s a bit more normal. We’ve got our own mess of papers and coffee mugs just like anywhere else. The commute to DLF Phase V can be a real pain because of the traffic on the main roads, so everyone is usually a bit grumpy when they first walk in. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything. We just sit at our desks and get the work done. It’s a lot of emails and phone calls. Sometimes the air conditioning is too cold and we all have to wear sweaters even in the middle of summer. It’s a big professional building, but we’re just regular people trying to keep things running smoothly. We just take it one day at a time.
