Henkel Teroson India Ltd.

Henkel Teroson India Ltd. is situated at 74 & 64 in the Industrial Development Colony on Mehrauli Road. This area is a bit of a hub for manufacturing and development. We have two units here, so there is constant movement back and forth between the two buildings. Mehrauli Road is always busy, especially during the rush hours when everyone is trying to get into the colony. The buildings are typical industrial sheds, functional and sturdy. We spend our time here working on various industrial products, and there’s usually a lot of activity in the loading bays. The air inside smells a bit like metal and glue, which is just part of the job. We have a diverse crew of people, some who have been here since the colony was first developed and some newer faces. We don't have a fancy cafeteria, so most of us bring our own lunch and eat together in the break room. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We have our routines for checking the inventory and keeping the machines running. Some days the power fluctuates, which is a bit of a hassle, but we have backups to keep things moving. We aren't big on corporate meetings; we usually just talk things over while we’re on the floor. It’s about getting the daily production done and making sure nothing gets stuck in the pipeline. It’s honest, hard work every day and we just try to keep things steady for everyone involved.
