Heidrick & Struggles

Our office is located at House 1315 in Sector 17-C, which is a pretty standard part of Gurgaon. It is not one of those massive glass towers you see in the newer parts of the city. It is just a regular house that we use for our work. Most mornings, you can see the neighbors walking their dogs or kids heading off to school before the heat really kicks in. We have a few rooms set up with desks and chairs for everyone to sit and do their tasks. The street outside is usually quiet, but you get the occasional vegetable seller shouting out his prices or a car horn from the main road. We keep a kettle in the corner for making tea and coffee, and there is always someone complaining about the air conditioner being too cold or not cold enough. It is just how things go. We at Heidrick & Struggles have been here for a bit now and we know the local guys who deliver lunch. Sometimes the internet slows down when it rains, which can be a bit annoying when you are trying to get things finished. We do not have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will be there at their desk. It is a practical space for us to get together and handle the daily grind without too much fuss or extra stuff we do not need.
