Heeaatz Complete Fitness is up on the first floor of Vatika City Market. If you know Sohna Road, you know how the traffic can get in the evenings around Sector 49. We’re at 20A, and honestly, the stairs are probably the first part of the workout for most people who walk in. The market is always buzzing, so there is usually some noise coming from the shops downstairs. We’ve got the usual stuff you’d expect to find in a gym. It’s not one of those massive places where you get lost, which I think people actually like. It feels more like a neighborhood spot where you don’t have to worry about looking perfect. We spend a lot of time wiping down the machines and making sure the music isn’t too loud or too boring. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles when it’s forty degrees outside, but we manage somehow. Most of the folks who come here live right in Vatika City or the apartments nearby. It’s a practical setup for anyone who just wants to move around a bit after sitting at a desk all day. We’ve seen a lot of people come and go over the years, but the core group stays the same. Gurgaon is a busy place, so having a spot on Sohna Road where you can just focus on your own thing for an hour is pretty important for the locals. It keeps us busy enough throughout the day.
