Hatch

Hatch is based over on Ontario Street in Burlington. We are up in Unit 507, which gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area, though it’s mostly just other rooftops and the street below. It’s a pretty quiet office for the most part. There are just a few of us here most days. We spend a lot of time on our computers and occasionally we get together to talk over how a project is going. It isn't a high-pressure environment, but we stay busy enough. Burlington is a nice place to work because it’s not as crazy as the bigger cities nearby. We have our favorite spots to grab coffee and lunch within walking distance. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got some mismatched chairs and a few plants that have seen better days. We don't really have a big reception area or anything fancy like that. If you come to see us, you just walk down the hall and knock. Most of our work is straightforward and we try to keep it that way. Some days are more productive than others, but that is just how it goes. We’ve been at this location for a bit now and it suits us just fine. It’s a practical space where we can just focus on the tasks at hand without any distractions.
