Harsh Consultancy & Placement Services operates out of Apna Bazar 216. Being in a place like Apna Bazar means there is always something going on outside the door. We spend our time looking at resumes and talking to people about where they might fit in a new job. It’s a consultancy, but we don’t act like those high-priced firms you see in the city center. We’re just regular folks at 216 who know how hard it can be to find decent work or a good employee. The office is a bit small, and sometimes the files get a little disorganized, but we know where everything is. We don’t use a lot of corporate talk here. If someone comes in, we just talk to them like a person. It’s better that way. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down and we have to go out to the stall nearby. That’s just part of the day. We’ve helped quite a few people from the area over the years. It’s not always easy, especially when the market is slow, but we keep at it. We’re not trying to change the world, just trying to help people get a paycheck and help businesses find someone reliable. That’s really all there is to it at our spot in the bazaar. We stay grounded and focused on the actual work at hand.
