Our factory is out in IMT Manesar, specifically at O-154 in Sector 7. If you know Manesar, you know it’s a lot of driving and a lot of big industrial buildings everywhere. Harinder Industries has been operating here for quite some time. The commute from the city can be a real pain with the highway traffic, but this is where the work is. Inside the building, it’s mostly the sound of machines and people moving parts around. It gets pretty loud and dusty, which is just part of the job. We don’t have a fancy reception area or people in suits walking around. It’s a place where things get made. We spend our days looking at production schedules and making sure the machines are running like they should. In the afternoons, the sun hits the front of the building and it gets really warm inside. We usually have some tea and sit near the fan for a bit. There’s a lot of other companies around us in Sector 7, so there’s always trucks coming and going. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t do much in the way of marketing or big presentations. We just focus on the manufacturing part and try to keep things moving. It’s a long day, usually starting early and finishing late, but that’s just how it goes for everyone on our team.
