Our shop is at number 206 in Aapka Bazar, right on Gurudwara Road. It is a very busy market area, so there is always someone walking by or poking their head in to ask about a specific wrench or a certain type of drill bit. We have shelves packed all the way to the ceiling with different tools and hardware equipment. Honestly, it’s a bit of a mess sometimes with boxes piled up in the aisles, but we usually know exactly where everything is located. If you need something for a simple home repair or a much bigger construction job, we probably have it sitting on a shelf somewhere in the back. We’ve been here in this market for many years now. We open up the shutters early in the morning and stay until the sun goes down and the market starts to quiet. Most of our customers are local builders or guys who just like to fix things themselves around the house. We don't do much talking or sales pitches; we just find the tool you want, tell you the price, and that’s it. Some days the shop gets really crowded and it’s hard to move around, but that is just life in Aapka Bazar. We like being on Gurudwara Road because it is easy for people to find us when they are out doing their shopping. We don't have a marketing department. It is just us behind the counter, helping people find what they need so they can go finish their work.
