Our office is located at number 52 on Jacranda Marg, right in DLF City Phase II. It’s a pretty well-known street. Gurgaon Estate & Developers Pvt Ltd has been operating from this spot for several years. We deal with all sorts of property matters, mostly focusing on the residential side of things here in Phase II. The office isn't anything like those big corporate towers you see in other parts of Gurgaon. It’s more of a converted space that feels a bit more like a home. We have a small team here. On most days, you’ll find us drinking tea and looking over maps of the local area. Jacranda Marg is usually lined with cars, so it can be a bit of a squeeze to get through. We know the landlords and the developers around here personally. We don't really do the whole high-pressure sales thing. If someone wants a house, we show them what's available. If they don't like it, that's fine too. We’ve seen the trees on this street grow tall over the years we’ve been here. It’s a comfortable place to work. Sometimes clients just drop in to say hello even if they aren't looking for a house right then. We keep our paperwork organized in our own way, even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. It's just a local business doing local work. We usually keep a spare umbrella by the door for when the monsoon rains hit suddenly.
