We go by Gtm Developers, New Delhi, but our actual physical spot is at 1599A, Sec-10A Housing Board Colony in Gurgaon. It is a bit of a funny thing having New Delhi in the name while being based in Haryana, but that is just how things ended up. The Housing Board Colony is a pretty standard neighborhood, and we are tucked away there. It feels more like a community than a business district. We have the usual setup you would expect for a developer’s office. There are papers everywhere and people coming in and out to check on things. Gurgaon can be a bit frantic with all the new buildings going up, but our little corner in Sector-10A stays relatively calm. We are not into the whole corporate polish thing. We just have a job to do and we do it from this office. The commute can be a pain depending on the traffic on the highway, but once we are here, it is just about getting the work sorted. We have been here long enough that the local tea stall knows our orders by heart. It is a practical office for practical people. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations. We would rather just focus on the projects we have going on.
